Our termite inspections are conducted by an actual termite inspector – NOT a home inspector. If upon inspection no evidence of subterranean termites is found, a one-year termite warranty is provided at no additional cost.

Our solar assessment and repair cost evaluation will help you understand the efficiency, condition and possible repair costs of your solar system.
Standard Solar System Inspection - $325.00Includes:
- Solar system size
- Solar panel make and model
- Solar inverter make and model
- Condition of solar panels & inverter(s)
- Condition of installed solar system (including wiring, racking, etc)
- Any problems/concerns we found during the inspection
- Photos of solar system, and any issues we found
- Recommendations for repairs, where needed.

- Annual energy production
- Monthly, annual, and lifetime utility cost savings estimate
- Recommended utility rate plan for lowest utility cost

We use a video camera to inspect the main lateral sewer line from the home to the city sewer connection and under the slab if possible.
