"Richard Burton came and inspected a house we were considering buying. The most important information I can share with you is the following; I have not taken the time to provide online reviews of any kind in over a decade. Richard deserves my time. He was very thorough and did a great job inspecting and explaining all issues. If I had a question (had many), he took the time to answer them. The final walk through was not rushed but extensive and detailed. This is not my first time buying a house but, for this older house, I wanted to be very careful and thorough. King Home Inspections does go beyond the requirements and you can trust that they will do a top job. I have had other prior experiences where I did not trust the inspector but with King Home and Richard, I had no such concern. "As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were looking for a top-notch inspection company to get the job done. That's were king comes into the picture, these guys exceeded our expectations. Tim and Richard came out to inspect our possible new home. They did not skip a beat and got straight down to business. We wanted to be there just to see the process and we tried to stay out of their way as much as possible, which they were fine with. I chatted with Mark on Yelp to set up a home inspection and he made it easy by always being responsive to texts and also in trying to educate me on what is needed/covered as a part of inspection by Arizona State Law.

Tim, our home inspector walked me throughout the house and briefed me over what all he inspected and also gave some good home maintenance tips. He showed me the report, pictures and suggested on the "MUST-FIX" items in the house. He was very patient throughout and did not rush anything in anyway. He briefed me for almost 45 mins! It was a brand new home he was inspecting but he checked for each and everything that he could including all outlets, windows, vents etc and found a dryer vent that the builder forgot to put into the house. Extremely pleased with his service.

Last but not the least, Marilyn made the contract signing/ payment part super easy by sending me an email with all details. I didn't even need to talk to her. It was that simple. Overall, I'm very happy with King Home Inspection."

"WOW is all I can say. First off, I have to compliment Mike (the owner). I talked to him over the phone to schedule the inspection, and I could just tell by talking to him that he is a great businessman and runs a great business. He was very genuine, and took care of me. Next the inspection was VERY thorough, the house was pretty dang small but these guys were there for hours inspecting every little detail. I am a first time home buyer, and honestly I was pretty worried. I shopped around for days trying to find a place to do a good inspection, and I am SO impressed with these guys. "PLEASE READ! I have been so nervous stressed and busy 50+ hours with work a week. I'm 24 just moved form California and never until now looked to buy a house. I have been so stressed worrying about the house I liked if I was going to have to fix a lot and if I would find an honest person. Let me tell you THIS GROUP! IS THE BEST. Today I had a home inspection and I felt before meeting them, I was going to annoy them with all my questions and notebook.ALL HONESTLY NOT ONLY IS THE PRICE FAIR AND SUPER AFFORDABLE you get ALL THE MONEY WORTH. At least 4 hours of them explaining to me what there doing, showing me and telling me who could fix it and why they would fix it. I learned so much and honestly so much stress was lifted off. I swear this is the only people you NEED TO HAVE. You get QUALITY I MEAN QUALITY as well as a caring person who takes the time to answer 1,000,000 questions and I mean 1,000,000 At the end of it I couldn't believe how fast the time went ... 4 hours!! I thought it was going to be another thing I had to do on my day off, but believe me it so fun relaxing and honestly I wouldn't mind grabbing a beer and hot dog with the guy...you think I'm joking.. just take my word I swear you won't regret it
