Having put in an offer for my 18th house, I searched for a QUALITY home inspection company and found Mark King. Out of all of my purchases and sales, I have to say that Mark is the BEST. Richard Burton came and inspected a house we were considering buying. Five Stars for Tim Lofgreen, Mark and Marilyn!!
I chatted with Mark on Yelp to set up a home inspection and he made it easy by always being responsive to texts and also in trying to educate me on what is needed/covered as a part of inspection by Arizona State Law.

Tim, our home inspector walked me throughout the house and briefed me over what all he inspected and also gave some good home maintenance tips. He showed me the report, pictures and suggested on the "MUST-FIX" items in the house. He was very patient throughout and did not rush anything in anyway. He briefed me for almost 45 mins! It was a brand new home he was inspecting but he checked for each and everything that he could including all outlets, windows, vents etc and found a dryer vent that the builder forgot to put into the house. Extremely pleased with his service.

Last but not the least, Marilyn made the contract signing/ payment part super easy by sending me an email with all details. I didn't even need to talk to her. It was that simple. Overall, I'm very happy with King Home Inspection.

PLEASE READ! I have been so nervous stressed and busy 50+ hours with work a week. I'm 24 just moved form California and never until now looked to buy a house. I have been so stressed worrying about the house I liked if I was going to have to fix a lot and if I would find an honest person. Let me tell you THIS GROUP! IS THE BEST. Today I had a home inspection and I felt before meeting them, I was going to annoy them with all my questions and notebook.ALL HONESTLY NOT ONLY IS THE PRICE FAIR AND SUPER AFFORDABLE you get ALL THE MONEY WORTH. At least 4 hours of them explaining to me what there doing, showing me and telling me who could fix it and why they would fix it. I learned so much and honestly so much stress was lifted off. I swear this is the only people you NEED TO HAVE. You get QUALITY I MEAN QUALITY as well as a caring person who takes the time to answer 1,000,000 questions and I mean 1,000,000 At the end of it I couldn't believe how fast the time went ... 4 hours!! I thought it was going to be another thing I had to do on my day off, but believe me it so fun relaxing and honestly I wouldn't mind grabbing a beer and hot dog with the guy...you think I'm joking.. just take my word I swear you won't regret it

Great experience with this company. They came when they said they would, did a very thorough job, the report had tons of pictures and I was really surprised at how in depth they went. They found an issue with one of the air conditioners, which we called out a licensed HVAC to confirm, and they did. I trust that their inspection was done correctly and I feel good about the home purchase. Very reasonable pricing too. Marilyn the scheduler is a sweetheart.
